It’s not India or China who asked for globalization. It was America who wants to sell their products throughout the world.
No matter how many bills these Senators may make they are not going to stop outsourcing.
America didn’t develop because of protectionist policies, it grow because it was a free market.
In today's world it is simply not possible to stop outsourcing. It is also not possible to stop all illegal immigration or send all legal/illegal immigrats out. Anti-immigrants are very few in number and they try to project as if the entire America wants what they want. They will still go and buy a Toyota and buy stuff Made in China from the store :) Ask them if they want double for their grocery every week if we deport all undocumented and their answer will definitely be a NO.

Please be aware that experience gained at sponsoring employer can not be counted towards fulfilling minimum qualification requirement for labor certification. You must prove your qualification to the job prior to joining the sponsoring employer... minor details.
So if you are planning to file a new EB2 application with same employer, just count your experience till the point you joined the company, anything afterwards is not admissible.

Welcome to H city! SugarLand and Katy have very good neighborhoods with lots of desis. A lot depends upon where your office located. Cost of living is in Houston is low compared to LA, NY. Homes are "affordable". But property taxes are high (average is above 3%). Food, gas and misc. services are cheap. Insurance and utility costs are high though. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Plus, H1B is debated and decided upon (pro-H1B's are quite happy as-is), EB has not been debated at all.
And when they vote, they may delete the H1B from the cap-removal and retain the GC, which will be just fine for us. We should support this amendment. It might go through after some changes.

Thanks again. What threw me was that even though the detail was blown there was lots of colour. It is not like when it gets blown to white by direct sunlight.
The shot we are all talking about was originally in RAW, by the way.
This is the time in a while that I have identified a problem that wouldn't be solved with a large expenditure of cash
